Insurance Brokers: When you have made up your mind you would like to use Your Personal Assistant Ltd, an initial training session would be set up to discuss:
• What tasks you would like to offload
• Your companies’ processes (every adviser has their own way of doing things)
You will then be assigned a virtual assistant as your one point of contact. We will train up a back-up virtual assistant, so if your one point of contact is away, your work can carry on as normal. Remember your virtual assistant becomes part of your company so you may choose to set her up with an admin company email or even add her to your website.
If documents need to be shared this can be done via Dropbox, OneDrive or Google docs. Tasks can be assigned via email, WhatsApp or through the CRM activities tab. Whatever suits you best!
Your Personal Assistant has monthly package deals based on the number of hours you would like your virtual assistant to work for you. Casual rates are also an option.
