What is the process for hiring Your Personal Assistant?

👉 You make the decision “yes, I would like to hire a virtual assistant to get rid of those admin tasks”
👉 A zoom meeting or face-to-face coffee would be set up
👉 Discuss the tasks you would like to offload so that you can focus on selling your product and arrive at a solution
👉 Discuss how many hours you would like us to work per week on your admin – a little test would help to see how many hours it takes you to be able to do these tasks
👉 Set up a training session so you could train us up on those specific tasks so we learn your way – the right way
👉 Set a start date

How do we work at Your Personal Assistant?

You would have 2 admin workers that have unique skills. These 2 workers would cover your tasks every single day from Monday through Friday. This is particularly important for emails, so you may want to make sure that your emails are done every single day of the week. We have come up with very particular ways as to how we make sure that we don’t double up on those tasks and be as efficient as possible.
